Booking & Prices

How can I book?

Simply click the “Book now” button. On the booking page, only the accommodations available for your selected dates and number of guests will be shown. If you have any questions about the booking, feel free to contact us via email or phone.

How can I get the best price?

Book directly through our website – without the usual service fees from Airbnb or Booking. If you unexpectedly find a lower price on another platform, we offer a best price guarantee. Just let us know.

How can I pay? Is a deposit required?

We accept payments via Stripe or credit card, PayPal, and bank transfer.
A 20% deposit must be made within 3 working days, and the remaining balance is due no later than 14 days before arrival.

What is included in the price? What is not?

All costs are included — bed linen, towels, shampoo, utilities, VAT, visitor’s tax, etc.
Additional fees apply for the following: extra guests (depending on the accommodation), pets, wallbox use, and extra cleaning.

What is the cancellation policy?

We offer flexible cancellation terms:
– Up to 14 days before arrival: 100% refund
– 7 to 13 days before arrival: 50% refund
– Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

If you cancel at short notice, we will reopen the booking period. If a replacement booking is made, we’ll refund you the difference.

Check-in & Stay

How does the check-in work?

After your booking, you’ll receive an email from our partner Truvi to verify your details and provide the security deposit. Alternatively, you can choose an insurance option there instead. The process is fully online and requires a valid credit card.

Once the verification is complete, we’ll send you all check-in information along with a digital guest guide for the accommodation — including recommendations for excursions, restaurants, and activities in the area.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in is possible from 4:00 pm — you can enter anytime using the code provided.
Check-out is by 11:00 am at the latest. For a smooth process, please stick to these times. If you need an early check-in or late check-out, please contact us in advance.

What are the house rules?

1. No smoking
2. Please remove shoes at the entrance
3. Quiet hours from 10:00 pm – no parties
4. All guests must be registered in advance
5. Dogs are not allowed on sofas or beds

Note: In case of serious violations of the house rules, we reserve the right to terminate the rental agreement without notice and charge additional fees according to our Terms & Conditions. We place great importance on maintaining a clean and high-quality accommodation and appreciate your respectful care of it.

What should I keep in mind at check-out?

Final cleaning is already included in the price. We only ask that you dispose of the trash, start the dishwasher, and return the key to its place.

Stay & Amenities

Is parking available?

All accommodations (except Suite Kaiser) have their own private parking space directly at the property.

Is the kitchen fully equipped?

All accommodations feature a fully equipped kitchen including a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, and all essential utensils.

Are bed linen and towels included?

Yes, each guest is provided with a set of towels, and all beds are freshly made upon your arrival.

Are there shops nearby?

Yes, supermarkets and bakeries are usually within a short driving distance or walking distance.

How far is it to Zurich or Zurich Airport?

All our accommodations are located close to the Swiss border. Depending on the property, Zurich Airport can be reached in about 20 minutes and Zurich city center in around 35 minutes. Schaffhausen and Baden are each about 20 minutes away.
Border crossing is usually straightforward, making our locations ideal for commuters and project workers temporarily based in Switzerland.

What happens in case of damages?

During check-in, you can either provide a security deposit via credit card or purchase an insurance option through our partner Truvi. For a worry-free stay, we recommend the insurance option. And if something does happen — don’t worry. Small accidents can happen; just contact us and we’ll find a solution together.

Are pets allowed?

Yes, pets are welcome for a fee of EUR 15 per night. Please mention this when making your booking so we can plan accordingly.

Can I rent for several weeks or months?

For stays of one month or longer, we offer a 20% discount. We also provide attractive special rates for corporate clients and long-term stays — just get in touch with us.
