Accommodation standard
One single bed per person, no bunk beds. Full kitchen, separate bathrooms, shown in the floor plan.

What planners settle before booking
What is the minimum stay?
5 of the 10 units can be booked from 4 nights, the other 5 from 30 nights. What applies to a single unit is stated on its page.
How do you invoice, and when is payment due?
One monthly invoice to your company, shown net, listing people and nights. The invoice goes out one week in advance, payment is due within five days. No deposit. How this affects expenses and accommodation costs is explained in our short guides.
Do we get a registration certificate?
Yes. We issue one for every person staying with us. Just tell us who needs one. What Switzerland asks for on top is explained under the eight day notification rule and A1 certificates.
What happens if the project is postponed?
More than eight weeks before arrival we move the dates free of charge. After that we look for a replacement date rather than issuing a cancellation invoice, for ten per cent of the transferred period.
How much capacity do you have?
Our capacity is 89 people at 5 locations. How much of it is free in your period depends on the job site. Send us headcount and dates and you get availability together with the quote.
Who is behind this
At home on the Hochrhein, straight from the owner.
We have been in property since 2017, and in corporate housing since 2025. More than 25 companies trust us with their people, many of them more than once.
10 units at 5 locations, all of them ours. Maintenance, caretaking and cleaning are our own staff.
We know what a project costs when the accommodation does not work. You can reach us 8am to 6pm on working days, and then we deal with it.
