The situation
Staying in the Glattal is expensive, staying north of it is not
Around the airport your people compete with business travellers for the same rooms, and the prices follow the flight schedule, not your project budget. Half an hour north, on the German side of the Rhine, there are whole flats for a fraction of it.

Kitchen, washing machine, own bathroom. Art. 3 of the German Posted Workers Act requires accommodation of a locally customary standard, more under Standards and compliance.
Parking at the door
Vans included. Around the airport every parking space carries a daily charge; here the vehicle stands outside the door.
Priced in euros
You pay in euros to a German contracting party. Utilities included, VAT shown separately, one collective invoice per month.

Projects under way
Around the airport, projects run in three areas, many of them over years.
Glattal and Bülach
Glattpark, Opfikon and Bülach Nord keep growing. Shell construction, fit-out and building services run there in parallel across several sites.
Dock A and the tower
The airport is replacing Dock A and the control tower for over a billion francs. The tower starts in 2027 and the dock follows later, built with flights running throughout.
Data centres and operations
Expansion and maintenance of data centres in the Glattal: cooling, medium voltage, UPS and cabling. Plus freight, maintenance and building services, all during operation and in tight windows.

Arrival late at night or early in the morning, with no reception desk and nothing to arrange. Access works whatever the hour and whatever the day.
Floor plan up front
Every unit page carries its floor plan. You see how the rooms are laid out before you book, and there is nothing left to settle on arrival.
Cleaning by arrangement
Dates by arrangement rather than on a fixed weekday. It is always the same people, our own staff, never a changing outside firm in an occupied unit. Cleaning is invoiced separately, as a rule every two weeks.

An engineering contractor from the Baltics housed its technicians with us for twelve months, three people at first and nine by the end. They scaled up in three steps, one unit became three at two locations, still with one invoice a month.

These units are closest
From Jestetten and Hohentengen the journey is shortest. For larger crews rooms. in Jestetten is worth a look, because 40 people fit at one address there once it opens, without splitting the crew over two.
