Home / Standards and compliance

What you get in writing.

Accommodation standard, evidence and invoicing for companies posting site crews to Switzerland or to southern Germany.

Accommodation standard

What applies in every unit

Anyone posting staff to Switzerland confirms in the notification that the housing meets the standard customary in the area. That undertaking is yours, not ours. So that it holds, we cover the points where it usually fails in practice.

Single beds, no bunk beds

Every person has their own bed. How many people share which room is visible in the floor plan before you book, on the respective unit page.

Kitchen, bathroom, washing machine

A full kitchen with appliances, a bathroom of your own, a washing machine in the unit. Utilities, internet, bed linen and towels are included.

Non-smoking units

Applies to every unit. Parking at the building, vans included. Access around the clock, no reception desk.

Evidence

What you get from us

Everything you need for your files, without chasing and without sending things on later.

Up front

Quote and floor plan

A calculated quote with availability, a fixed price per person and night, and the floor plan of the unit. That lets you check the housing before you commit.

On move-in

A registration certificate per person

On request for every person staying there, with the address of the unit and the period. You tell us who needs one.

Monthly

One invoice to the company

Never to individual employees. Utilities included, VAT shown separately. Cleaning is added, as a rule every two weeks. The invoice goes out one week in advance, payment is due within five days.

Who does what

What stays with you

We provide the accommodation and the evidence that goes with it. The duties arising from the posting itself stay with the employer; we cannot advise on those and do not pretend to.

Terms

What applies contractually

Length of stay

from 4 nights

6 of the 10 units can be booked from 4 nights, the other 4 from 1 month. What applies to a single unit is stated on its page.

Changes

Postponement and extension

If your project moves, we transfer the confirmed period to a replacement date instead of cancelling it. Free of charge more than 8 weeks before arrival, after that a transfer fee of 10 per cent of the transferred period applies. Once per booking, to a date within 6 months, subject to availability, clause 5.4 of the terms. Extensions need no new contract, and we hold capacity for you on request.

Payment

No deposit

Invoiced to the company, no deposit and no advance payment per person. We ask for security only where your ability to pay is seriously in doubt after the contract is concluded, clause 4.10 of the terms. For bookings of up to six weeks the full amount is due before arrival, for longer bookings the first billing period, clause 4.1 of the terms. Clients without a registered office in Germany pay each billing period in advance, clause 4.2 of the terms. The full conditions are in our terms for corporate customers.
