We let what we own ourselves.
Two owners, a team of our own, 8 units on the Hochrhein.
Who runs rheinblick
Whoever answers the phone also makes the decision.
Anyone who enquires with us is not passed on; they get a yes or a no. Refurbishment, furnishing and equipment, maintenance, key handover, cleaning and invoicing are all handled in house.
We let our first corporate unit in April 2025. Demand from companies has grown steadily ever since. Today we offer accommodation specifically for staff and project teams.
It grew through extensions, not through advertising. Anyone who has stayed here once books again for the next project, often with more people. One unit has become 8.
We live in the area ourselves, and the furthest unit is around 30 minutes away. That is why a fault here is not a ticket, it is a short drive.

We do not rent anything in order to sublet it, and we do not allocate any occupancy that we would not stand behind ourselves.
What we do ourselves
No service provider between you and the unit
Seven people look after the units and after whatever you need: maintenance, caretaking, cleaning and administration. One full time employee, four part time staff and the two of us.
Maintenance
Faults in the electrics, heating and plumbing go to our own technician. No external call-out service that first has to find a slot.
Caretaking
On site for parking, waste, winter service, the garden and the blown light bulb. Nobody from your team has to be there for a repair.
Cleaning
Permanent cleaning staff, always the same people, dates by arrangement and to fit the shift plan. No changing outside firms in an occupied unit.
What we do not cover ourselves we give to local trades
we have worked with for years.

Three things that make the difference on a project
One point of contact
Enquiry, quote, complaint and invoice all go through the same person. You never explain your case twice.
A clear answer, even when it is no
If a period does not work, we say so straight away rather than keeping you waiting. We do not hold anything you will not get in the end.
Postponements are the norm
Permits, weather, preceding trades. We treat that as a question of dates, not as a cancellation. The deadlines are in the terms.

From the first property to today's portfolio
The start
First properties of our own, let on the ordinary rental market.
First furnished letting
The first unit is let furnished, along with our own team for cleaning and upkeep.
First letting to companies
One unit, let furnished to companies whose fitters, technicians and project managers work in Switzerland. That has been the focus ever since.
Today it is 4 locations between Waldshut and Jestetten, all under our own management. The portfolio keeps growing, and this corridor stays the focus.
