What we need for a quote
The more complete your details, the more likely you get a calculated quote back instead of a question. Five entries are enough: company, email, headcount, job site and arrival. Everything else we settle by phone.
We use what you tell us only to handle your enquiry, more on that in our privacy policy.

What happens once you send it
Receipt confirmed
You get a confirmation with your details. If something is missing we call, rather than sending a question by email.
A calculated quote
Availability in your period, one unit or a combination, a fixed price per person and night for the whole term. If the drive time does not work, we say so rather than selling you something far away.
Held instead of booked
If the project is not confirmed yet, we hold capacity on request. Free more than 8 weeks before arrival, 10 per cent after that. Once per booking, to a replacement date within 6 months, subject to availability.

The call reaches the same person who calculates the quote. There is no sales layer in between.
