Choosing
How large can the crew be?
The house in Jestetten takes 40 people, the largest single flat 9. That is not the limit, though: at three locations several units sit at the same address, and in Waldshut at two addresses within the town. A crew therefore stays together even when it does not fit into one flat.
Invoicing is one collective invoice per landlord. If you need more places than one location has free, we spread across two locations in the same drive time band, as set out on the relevant job site page.

Jestetten
The whole house for one crew
21 rooms at one address, close to the A4 towards Schaffhausen and Winterthur. The only unit we have that takes a complete overhaul team without splitting it up.
Hohentengen
Two flats, one address
2 large units at one address, 18 people together. Right on the Rhine opposite Kaiserstuhl, the shortest way into the Glattal and the lower Aare valley.
Lauchringen
Three units for a crew that changes size
3 flats of different sizes at one address, 13 people together. Suited to a crew that grows or shrinks during the assignment, without anyone having to move.
Kadelburg
Shortest into the Aare valley
2 units in the Kelnhof at one address, 12 people together. Leibstadt, Beznau and Baden are quickest from here, and the Rhine crossing is at the door.
Waldshut
In the town where the work is
2 units at two addresses within the town, 10 people together. The only location where the unit and the job site coincide: the railway, the hospital build and industry are all in the same district.

What people ask when choosing
Can we combine several flats for one crew?
Yes. In Hohentengen, Kadelburg and Lauchringen the units sit at the same address, in Waldshut at two addresses within the town. One monthly invoice, never one per apartment. The units belong to two landlords: if you book units from both, two contracts arise and you receive two collective invoices, one per landlord.
Are there bunk beds?
No. Every person has a bed of their own. How many people are in which room is shown on the floor plan on every unit page, before you book.
Which location suits our job site?
Under each location you find the drive time to every job site. The other way round, each job site page shows which locations come into question for that one job site and which are too far away.
What does a place cost?
From 25 € per person and night, net, utilities included. The rate depends on the unit, the occupancy and the term, and cleaning is extra. You do not get a list price, you get a calculated quote with a fixed price for the whole term.
What if the crew grows during the assignment?
Scaling up needs no new contract, as long as something is free at the location. That is why Lauchringen has three units of different sizes in the same place. If you know the shape of it in advance, we hold the capacity for you.
